Dr Esmalli was excellent. He is always wonderful bedside manner perfect and the whole experience there is wonderful however the wait time and the waiting room was an hour and a half and I feel that it should be scheduled differently. That’s my only criticism but other than that great office great experience. Excellent doctor

I want to share with uou my review …Dr Esmaeili Hand Orthopedic Physician is the best in this field. There are some bad and or ok doctors out there but HE IS THE BEST of the BEST ! Don’t hesitate to call him. He explains everything exactly and takes the time with you, has a very very good bedside manner and just an Excellent surgeon that is hard to find ! Wait in office is long but if you want the best you won’t mind waiting. Caring, understanding, etc

I recently had the occasion to make an appointment with Doctor Esmaeili. His office is very busy but his assistants are very organized and pleasant with patients. The doctor is very personable and knowledgeable. He impressed me upon leaving when he told me to go home and do some research on my hand problem. I don't meet too many doctors who want to have well-informed patients. I didn't receive the news that I was hoping to hear but I'm confident that I don't need a second opinion. I had an incredible experience from the onset of scheduling an appointment to meeting the welcoming staff. Dr. Palmer's bedside manner and skills are the reason so many patients come to this practice. This is a well run organization! Thank you for the great care!

Suffer from intense pain in or between the toes that radiates to the ball of the foot? Have you been diagnosed with Morton’s Neuroma and the only answer has so far been medication, medication and more medication; or a highly invasive surgery? Located in Palm Beach County, Florida, Dr. Kevin Palmer DPM is the only doctor I found who preforms a minimally invasive procedure which has permanently relived this pain. The recovery time is relatively short and with minimal discomfort. Before being referred to Dr. Kevin Palmer by my Chiropractor, I was walking with significant pain. Eventually, I was unable to do walking exercise or biking before having this procedure. I went to two other podiatric surgeons. One would not do surgery on Morton’s Neuroma; the other remarked that he could do the surgery but I “would have to live with the foot,” however, he wasn’t familiar with this specific procedure and now I am ‘living’ very well with the foot! Some doctors actually remove a nerve being affected by the source of inflammation (neuroma). Dr. Palmer likens his procedure to carpel tunnel. If that means something to you, your ahead of the game. Suffice it to say Dr. Palmer is worth paying a visit to see if this procedure is for you.

Dr. Esmaeili is the one of the best if not the best. Great bedside manner. Changed is choice of words, speed of delivery, etc. when speaking to me about my wrist and then my son about his finger. He's great so it's busy, but worth the wait. Thanks Dr. "Smiley." GO GATORS!

I researched all of the orthopedic surgeons in Palm Beach County that accepted my medical plan, secondly, I narrowed it down to board-certified, third and final filter was a hand specialist. I selected Dr. Kenneth Garrod and when I walked into his office at 10 AM, there were 14 people already waiting, I knew I picked the right doctor. My highest recommendation goes to this medical professional.
